We care passionately about our work and pride ourselves on being great listeners; Bristol General Builders strongly believe good communication is crucial if the customer’s vision is to be fully understood and delivered. 

Most builders will purport to be skilled, reliable and trustworthy, which is true of a fair majority. Most of them will also be capable of building your loft conversion, extension, roof, new kitchen or bathroom without too much trouble, but it is our obsessive attention to detail, quality of finish, and up-to-date knowledge in the use of the most modern construction materials that you will find makes us stand out from the crowd. If we made cars, we would be equally proud of what’s under the bonnet as the shine on our bodywork. 

We are extremely respectful of our customers living and working arrangements, so keeping disruption and mess to the bare minimum is always an absolute top priority, not a consideration you should take for granted with other companies. We will work around you, not expect you to work around us. 

Although we have no doubt you will be overjoyed with your completed project, please be assured we provide a complete aftercare service in the very unlikely event you are not entirely delighted with every aspect of our finished work.
